5.3 Website Design and Development
Website design and development services are provided on a project basis. Project timelines, deliverables, and costs will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal. You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals within the specified timeframes to avoid project delays.
Upon completion and full payment, ownership of the final website design (excluding third-party licensed materials) transfers to you. Our development work is provided "as is" with no warranty of compatibility with third-party plugins or future platform updates beyond the scope of the project.
5.4 Photography and Videography
Photography and videography services are provided on a project basis. You grant us permission to capture images and footage of your premises, team, and activities for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. We retain the right to use finished work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Travel and accommodation expenses for on-location shoots are billed separately based on the location and are communicated upfront.
5.5 Marketing Services
Digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing, are provided on a retainer or project basis. Results may vary based on competition, industry, and other external factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion metrics.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Pricing and Fees
All prices for our Services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST (18%). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before they take effect.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments for our Services are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with applicable security standards.[reference:0]
6.3 Billing Cycles
Services are billed on a monthly, annual, or project basis as specified in your service plan. For recurring services (e.g., hosting, marketing retainers), you will be billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your Services. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we may terminate your Services and pursue collection of outstanding amounts.
