THE REAL SAVING

Skip the in-house IT department — the network runs itself, and we run the network.

A dedicated IT hire in Punjab costs a hotel or hospital ₹4–8 lakh per year — plus benefits, plus turnover, plus the days the network is down while you're recruiting the next one. Our managed NaaS folds every one of those responsibilities into a single service line — lighter on your books, tighter on uptime.

  • Design, cabling and access points installed by our crew
  • 24×7 remote monitoring with automated alerts
  • Security patches, firmware and firewall rules handled centrally
  • On-site engineer dispatched when hands-on work is needed
  • No hardware to buy, depreciate or refresh yourself
  • One WhatsApp thread instead of a support-ticket queue

THE SYSTEM

Six layers, one managed service

Every element is enterprise-grade, deployed to your site, and monitored from our operations desk. Nothing consumer-tier, nothing you have to babysit.

01

Passive fiber backbone

Fiber-to-the-premises and fiber-to-the-room (FTTH/FTTR) laid directly to every unit, zone or guest room. Removes the 100-metre distance limit and electromagnetic interference issues of copper LAN — signal quality doesn't drop the further you get from the router.

02

Wi-Fi 6/7 at the edge

Enterprise-class access points sized for concurrent device counts, not showroom specs. Handles a full-occupancy hotel floor, a hospital ward with dozens of connected devices, or a mall's peak-hour visitor Wi-Fi — without collapsing.

03

Private voice & intercom

A localized voice backbone for room-to-reception, ward-to-nurse-station, or block-to-security calls. Runs entirely on your own network — no dependence on public cellular coverage inside the building.

04

Unified IPTV & digital signage

Zero-lag multicast routing for in-room entertainment, lobby signage, cafeteria menu boards and CCTV feeds — all riding the same fiber, all centrally controlled.

05

Automatic 5G failover

Multi-WAN routers detect a fiber outage in seconds and switch traffic to a 5G cellular backup. Reservations keep going through, POS keeps working, guest Wi-Fi stays alive. The switch back happens on its own once the primary is restored.

06

VLAN segmentation & zero-touch management

Guest traffic, admin servers, IoT devices, CCTV and staff systems live on isolated network slices, so a compromised smart TV or a guest's laptop can't touch your PMS or CCTV. Configuration and security updates are pushed centrally, no manual visit needed.

BUILT FOR HIGH-DENSITY REAL ESTATE

Where the same NaaS works

Anywhere copper LAN and consumer Wi-Fi have hit their limits — hotels running at full occupancy, hospitals with connected medical devices, hostels with hundreds of students streaming at once, or a market complex with dozens of tenants.

Hotels & resorts

Rooms, back-office and lobby on one connected fabric. Reliable guest Wi-Fi that survives full occupancy.

Hospitals & clinics

Connected medical devices, EMR access at every station, isolated networks for critical systems.

Universities & campuses

Lecture halls, labs, admin blocks and hostels linked as one — no dead zones between buildings.

Student hostels & PGs

Room-level Wi-Fi that handles a floor full of streaming and gaming at the same time.

Commercial malls

Visitor Wi-Fi, tenant connectivity and digital signage on isolated slices — one bill, one operator.

Market complexes

Multi-shop connectivity with per-tenant billing and independent networks under one physical backbone.

Gated residential colonies

Uniform coverage across every villa or block, with a central failover for the whole community.

Multi-tenant apartments

Per-unit fiber, in-unit Wi-Fi and a shared 5G failover — no more per-flat broadband bills.

QUESTIONS

Before you reach out

Do I still need an IT person if I take NaaS?+

No — and that's the entire point. Design, cabling, access-point installation, configuration, monitoring, patching and support are all done by our team. The largest recurring cost in a property's IT budget usually isn't the hardware, it's the salaried IT hire; NaaS removes that line item.

How is fiber-to-the-room different from just having a good router?+

A consumer router can cover about 100 metres of copper LAN before signal quality collapses, and interference in a dense building compounds the problem. Passive fiber runs to each unit without those losses, and Wi-Fi 6/7 access points at the room level handle heavy concurrent device counts — the actual bottleneck in hotels, hostels and malls.

What happens if the primary fiber goes down?+

Multi-WAN routers detect the outage in seconds and shift all traffic to a 5G cellular backup. Guests keep browsing, POS terminals keep processing, reservations keep coming in. The switch back to fiber happens automatically once it's restored.

Is guest Wi-Fi separated from our admin and PMS network?+

Yes. Each traffic class — guest, staff, admin, IoT, CCTV — sits on its own VLAN slice. A compromised smart TV or a guest's infected laptop can't reach your reservation system, billing, or camera feeds.

Which cities can you deploy in?+

Active deployment cities are Amritsar, Jalandhar and Ludhiana. Requests from other cities across Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal, J&K and neighbouring states are quoted per project after a site survey — reach out on WhatsApp and we'll tell you if your site is a fit.

Can you extend NaaS across multiple blocks or floors later?+

Yes. The fiber backbone is designed for expansion — new floors, new blocks, additional tenant spaces can be added without re-cabling the core. That's the "future-proof scalability" side of NaaS.

What are AIO, AEO and GEO SEO, and why does it matter for enterprise networking?+

AIO is AI Overview optimisation (Google), AEO is Answer Engine Optimisation for tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and GEO is Generative Engine Optimisation. Decision-makers looking for a hotel network vendor, campus Wi-Fi provider or managed connectivity increasingly search both Google and AI assistants — we optimise the site for both so serious enquiries actually reach us.
